Ticking noise in my fuse / relay box -Chrysler Town & Country?

Last week, mechanic reset something in the computer because my power locks weren't working. That seemed to fix the problem. This may or may not be related. Tonight, my van will not start (no power at all when turning key). There is a farily loud ticking noise coming from fuse/relay box. I pulled a few fuses, but that didn't do anything. Any ideas?

That is low voltage, probably from a dead battery. Low voltage tends to make relays go crazy.

Boost your car, or charge the battery.
