In California. In my story, the man is 20, and the woman is 16. She consents to the sex, but then she gets pregnant. Also, is their bail for statutory rapists? Oh, and a few questions for my story? Should the girl get pregnant? If so, should she miscarry? Cause i had this idea where a crazed fan(the guys a rockstar)comes up and attacks the woman carrying the baby, and she loses it. Is that good or not? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
The reason the fan attacks the woman is because she says that she was supposed to have his baby, not her, and so she attacks her. Is that good?
