My Palm Centro is essentially a piece of crapola. I have had numerous problems with it and I have gotten 3, yes 3, replacements. I am planning on going to my local Verizon store later and I was wondering if they could trade my phone in for another model because this one is a joke.

I have verizon too.
Their normal policy is that after 3 warentee replacements...you are suppose to be able to get a phone of equal or lesser value for free.
They normally try to get around this by offering an upgrade early so that you buy a new phone and get locked in for another contract.
Good luck. Sometimes I don't know why I stay with them.
(p.s. I have a blackberry curve 8330 and it's probably the best smartphone i've ever had. It should be an option for you to replace the centro with.)
