What kind of carburetor is on a 1980 Suzuki GN 400?

My bike is GN 400, single cylinder, kick-only, chopped and ready to rock 'n roll. Well, almost. The float in the carburetor has a whole in it and nothing I've tried will fix it. I need to know the model number of the carb so I can order a new float but I can't find the number anywhere. It's a mikuni and I'm almost positive it's stock.

You should go to a Suzuki dealer. They could maybe get the part for you or at least give you the model number if they can't get it. If that doesn't work find any used motorcycle shops, they may be able to set you up with the part out of a scrapped out bike or sell you a matching carb. mikuni's are very common and many bikes use that brand, but not all the same size as your bike. Good luck.
