    have a1998 honda civic ex.had water pump replace/new timing belt replace .now car will..

    ...not start. my timing is? what to do had a hard time to pull stuff off.was a salvage 140k just bought it from owner was running but pump was out.please help

    good bet didnt repalce timing belt right

    was it running before? you replace it if so recheck your work

    hes right there should have been marks on the cam and crank pulleys to match up if one or the other moved it wont start good luck
