Last night I was the front seat passenger in my friends car. We were getting on a highway when he hydroplaned and crossed two lanes of traffic (parallel) before we were t-boned at about 60mph. We then went head on into the concrete barrier. Immediately following the accident we both felt fine, but today after waking up my lower back has a small pain, same with my left shoulder blade (the muscle area) and behind my upper left leg. I've also been shaky and feeling a little depressed, though I've never been depressed before. I feel more tired than usual and also am not interested in doing things I usually do. Should I get looked at and if so what could possibly be wrong with me? Please only pertinent answers. Thank You.
