... i just bought a new laptop and the bluetooth program already installed in it doesn't work.. when i click on the program to open it , it doesn't open.. NOTHING happens.. no messages, no nothing..
what should i do to make it work and add devices and stuff?
my laptop is HP DV6-2020
my OS is Windows 7
