my bike seat is stuck iv tried twisting it with oil but it didnt work can any one help me plase

I take it that the bolt or clip is slack or removed. I suggest that you squirt in some penetrating oil or WD40 and leave it overnight then try to move it with a turning action. You will need to hold the frame as securely as possible when turning the saddle. If not successful the first time just repeat the procedure. When and if you get it out remember to rub some anti-scease grease on the seat pillar before replacing it. Hope that helps.
