I have an old 24 inch Sony Trinitron Wega Flat-Screen TV. The electricity in my house went out and now the tv wont start. if i turn the power button ON, there is a red flashing light- that flashes 4 times- then turns off.
Is there any way to get my tv to work again?
Notes:
This is an old tube tv but with a flat screen.
The tv was not ON when the power went out.

Sound like the power board of your tv is broken. Email or call Sony and see what they say and ask for a cost estimate of repair. Cost of repair is very high on labor, it might not be cost effective in repairing your tv compare to buying a new one. Hope this will help you out.
