if they both utilize sim cards then simply yes but you will need to get the device unlocked by someone who knows how or you could unlock it yourself online through a website that you pay for the code and they send you the code and instructions. but that is if they booth use sim cards. after you inlock it simply put the new sim card in and try to call someone
