keep lowering? untill it eventually dies. Already swapped out the alt. Any suggestions to what may be the problem?

We need more information. ie; What makes you think it's electrical and not fuel related? If your sure it's electrical, it may be an ignition coil. They will run ok until they get warm and then they will break down. If you suspect fuel,it could be the fuel pump or a filter issue. Even the sending unit in the tank. Good luck.
