what can i do if a minor steals money from me, an she confessed to it already?

shes my sisters fiance's little sisters friend. i seen them walking an they where drinking wine coolers so i told them to throw it away an come get in the car .. an hang out with me. before i picked them up i got 100 out the bank, an i had 105 before that. well i took my dogs home an went to get gas. i got 15 in gas an then took them out to eat, i spent 32 there. when i dropped them off i only had 60 in my wallet. so i txted my sisters sister-n-law. she said she didn't take it. we'll call her A. well i drove by her friends house cause it became a piss off that they did it, but than to lie about it REALLY ticked me off. we'll call her friend R. well i talked to her mother an her.. well she locked herself in the bathroom but kept saying it wasn't her bla bla bla.. well that night after cussing out A for not only being involved with it, but she had to of known an she wasn't telling me nor did she stop her. so she tells me R did it. well i have the receipts for all the purchases i made, an i have the people who would be my witnesses in proving where i was an how much money i had the previous nite cause i counted my money in front of one of them to say a statement under oath. i could also have the video pulled to show where i was at certain times which would match my statement. so can i really take her to court? an how do i start the process?
