    How are lesbians seen from a Jewish culture point of view, particularly Jewish lesbians?

    I asked this in the religion section and only got one answer. I'll ask it again here:

    I understand that conservative Judaism does not approve of male homosexuality, but how does it view female homosexuality?
    And how do less conservative Jews feel about this, in general. I understand that everyone will have their own opinion and not all Jews will see this the same way.
    I would especially like to hear from those Jews who have dealt with this issue in their own lives.
