I am a short 7th grader and I have never run track in my life until now
I run the 400m
in the last three races I got 1:12 1:09 1:08 (Probably not that good0
I try to work on my arm pumping alot
At the last 100m my arms feel weak
Should I start running miles and 800ms for training?
I got this clyde hart pdf I am going to start the workout next year
My coach wants me to use blocks
I am using long distance shoes
I was told that the first 100m was a 90% sprint
the second is cruising
the third is supposed to be getting faster
fourth all out
Is this right? People usually get ahead in the third
Can you give me general 400m tips and how to get faster
I need to work on my endurance too
