Hav ing sign up to a t-mobile contract, the company t-mobile has failed to provide the product that I had signed up for. Despite over 30 contacts with teh company they persitantly took money out of my bank account and now that I cancelled my Direct Debit, they had sent me bills for a product that they had not provided. Despite my complaints and concerns they had refer me to debt collectors. Where do I stand legally! And why do they ignore me for so long, evne the shop in Edinburgh Princes street refuse to deal with the issue, yet it was them that failed to provide the product.
