Thread: Non backpack carrier for toddler?

Can anyone suggest a good & strong toddler carrier (not the backpack kind tho')?
I will be using it for my 22 months old son and he weighs 28 pounds now. Hoping to find something that's strong enough and easy to use as I intended to use the carrier for our frequent international flights. Still have a hotsling from when he was a baby but I'm not sure if that's safe enough.

We use the Ergo Carrier for our 25 pound baby, and it's GREAT. I have awful back problems, and it never gives me any pain at all... I can carry her around for hours in it! It can go on front, hip, or back. It's also pretty compact and doesn't have any crazy frame. Really easy to use... It's so great, that I'm thinking about finding out how to sell them in my area.. (but I'm not yet, so this isn't me trying to sell them! I just think it's wonderful). Also, my daughter really likes it... or at least doesn't mind.
