I have never bothered downloading brush sets or new features (I have Photoshop 7), and was looking online to see where I could get some.

I found a lot of personal websites that make their own sets and sell them, and some free ones. I was expecting only to buy them from Adobe but I saw some that I really liked and wanted to make sure it was okay to buy brush sets not made directly by Adobe, and make sure I'm not getting scammed or something.

Any website suggestions would be appreciated, too.
