i recently got weights because i want to get a little biger they are both 15pounds(i know its really light but im extreamly skinny so im starting off with these) i do a varity of upper and lower body exercises but i dont see much of a differnce i feel as though im getting stronger but my arms seem just as small as they were before i started working out i have been working out for about 2 weeks i change up the exercises so that i dont over work the same muscles how can i get my arms bigger
ohh and I do 30 push ups before i go to bed and im getting more protein in my diet
