Im so disappointed, im walking the past three weeks, half hour every day power walking, im eating good have cut out all sweet and fizzy things, i have a 2 slices of brown bread in the morning with CUP of tea, then lunch cup of tea and weight watcher treat, then salad and fish or chicken for dinner, im so upset ive lost no weight, has anybody have any good eating tips and how to loose the few pounds that i want to lose, thanks guys xx
