1. flash LATEST firmware version. that is first step and you MUST do it always.
2. if phone has imei mismatch or gdfs structure damaged (gdfs open errors) - reset phone.
2.1 if gdfs okay - do not touch gdfs, just do reset operation and write erom on emptyboard tab (that will fix secunits)
2.2 if gdfs damaged - write gdfs template, then write gdfs package from working phone, then 2.1
3. try to power on phone.
4. if phone does not startup, forget about software problems and search hw problems.

download w810i customisation pack from setool support and flash your phone.problem solved.
1.Select proper model go setting tick signed mode.
2.press recovery.
3.Go empty fill repair select proper model write gdfs ssw format.
4.Write erom w810_erom_red49.ssw or w810_erom_brown49.ssw.
5.Then do identifiy.
