HELP ! Iphone 3G firmware 3.0 need upgrade

I have the iphone 3G ,running 3.0 OS, baseband 04.26

Can i update to 3.1.3 now ? since i dont want the 4.0 ....

Please advise

yes .u can update to 3.13. JB & unlock.
