i did an eprom reset on a v140v then the phone started rebooting ,when i tried to flash with ns dongle it tell me phone not found.can someone tell me what to do to fix this phone

z140v problem
Swich the phone on by keep pressing buttons "9" and "power on".In this mode you can flash it.
