Okay i ate a huge bagel with cream cheese 420 calories and it had 60 grams of carbs for breakfast just two hours ago. And i have heard its best to exercise do cardio on empty stomach to burn fat or dont eat a huge meal before workout. But my main goal is to burn fat? So if i waited after 3 hrs after eating huge bagel will i burn fat or will i burn or digest what i just ate? Im confused about this that do u burn fat when u hv all food digested and is gone to intestines? Please help thanks!
