Rogers $20 Long Distance Plan

Rogers recently introduced several new long distance plans.

The biggest / best plan is $20 for 200 minutes incoming or outgoing (ie: "roaming"), with a 10c over-charge.

However, I just got my first full month invoice with this plan, and though the first 200 minutes of long distance are billed as $0.00, all the over-minutes were billed incorrectly at $0.25.

HUGE PROBLEM!

A quick call to customer service and an explanation of this incorrect billing got me an equivalent credit immediately (no waiting for next month's bill!).

If you've got this long distance plan, I would suggest going over it in detail to make sure you haven't been over charged on your long distance minutes in excess of the first 200.
