    phone lemon law?

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ok does anyone else see this? Why is it tmobile customers mostly having trouble with blackberrys? I've gone thru 4 curves. They refuse to send anything NEW.had my contract extended 3 times. Made to PURCHASE a new phone (bb 8820) but they couldt get the order right, was pending over a week, then was sent TWO.expected to pay shipping to return 2nd one,(I'm not). Yes on a good note,my 8820 works decent,(not great).n people ask y I stay, cause there's not much service here. And let me ask? As a customer, is it our responsibility to know how to,and have to troubleshoot a phone ? I don't think so.that's mu time wasted.all this,n ivnt been a customer for even a year yet.

It's not just T-Mobile. I have seen people having to exchange their BB multiple times on Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, AllTel (sp?), etc.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ive honestly never had a problem like this with any provider I've been with, even the worsr customer service (sprint). Were beter than this. I swear its seems like tmobile reps are taught to use "you must be FRUSTRATED" for when they can't come up with an answer.lmao

It is called "mirroring"... They repeat to you what you said/complained about, agreeing and enhancing.

    Not just T-Mobile. Every carrier.

    Every company.

Every movie- or music-star who responds to fan email.

Every con-person who wants to get on your good side ...etc

Have any of you had trouble getting a replacement from T-Mobile ? I'm having the reboot problem with my curve and was in the process of getting a replacement when the rep asked me if I have any scratches on my phone. I told him yes little ones since I had dropped it and then he started telling me that if when they investigate and they find out that the reason why I'm having the problem with my phone is because I dropped it they will charge me with a $100 fee. I'm hoping that they don't automatically blame that for my problem and charge me.

I had that happen to me 2 years ago except I found out AFTER they added the charge to my bill and sent me the replacement phone. What I was told was that the phone sweat on the way back to them (I sent it back due to a busted USB port). I sent a second phone back with a broken trackwheel and didn't hear a THING about it afterwards.
