ok that is really hard but i'd have to say the animanicatics! (i think that's how you spell it)
they were brilliant! Pinky and the Brain were soooo funny! but i don't think that it is on any more

but i would watch it if it was!

and i loved Hey Arnold too there was just somthing about that football head!!!
