New n85 nam firmware is out!

when i slid it closed it was asking to confirm Lock, Yes or No? I had changed the setting to auto lock and then don't lock and then confirm and all 3 settings it still did the confirm thing which i don't like.

not a biggy, but still a bug. it's fine now

v30.101? Does that mean it's only a minor update? There are so many bugs that need to be fixed And we probably won't get it after one month.

aarrggh! i'm finding more and more problems surfacing ever since i upgraded my brand new n85 with a preinstalled version 11.047 to version 30.019:

- volume icon changed from ascending bars to blue triangle
- only half of my sim contacts show up when i enable sim memory for my contacts. but if i choose memory details, it shows that i have more contacts on my sim that are not showing.
- intermittently, when i exit the contacts application by hitting the red button instead of the right soft key/exit appl, it will not let me access contacts again. will just go back to standby view or menu, wherever i tried to access contacts (fixed this by restoring to factory settings under tools and settings)
- however, after doing a soft reset, could not create a new profile anymore

urgh, this is frustrating me. i should have just left my brand new n85 alone and kept with the pre-installed version of the firmware. are there any fixes for these issues?

I had to use NSU when I went to V.30 and had the same problem of the phone lost connection with the computer, it was a pain in the back side, I found that the remaining memory on the C drive has increased with V.30, my copper N85 has 55.5 left with V.20 and my black has 76.6 with V.30, plus everything has gotten faster with V.30. If I can ever get Epocware to transfer my license of handy shell to my N85 I will tell you how much memory is being used on start up but so far I have heard nothing from them!!! I have not tried to update my copper yet I am waiting for OTA to do it, I am not to fond of the chance of bricking the phone when it loses connection with the computer.

I wasn't saying those were bugs. The only bug I was referring to was the keypad lock bug.

I just added that "Also", there is no option to remove these items.
