Nice Bike! :bluethum:
Yay for pics! :bluethum:
Kaha, how easy is it to remove the bags and backrest?
The fully cloth picture is the origional bolt on back rest with brackets and saddle bag, bout 15 mins to take off, The naked picture is my modified clip on saddle bag brackets for the K7 saddle bags use on the C50T. Modifying the brackets requires adding a plate from the backrest bracket so the saddle bag brackets can be attached. Chers
Itsa big ol' bike.
Local dealer has one....and just doesn't fit me very well. The M109 either.
I've got money down on a black C109RT in Sacramento, CA. No one can tell me when they are going to arrive. Anywhere from 1 week to 30 days to next year. Can anyone enlighten me?
Hi Dud, my understanding is most of these bikes (RT) are in Suzuki warehouses in most Country, their problem is accessories volumes, I have always brought my Boulevard from one dealer, so i have a good relationship with the ower, when i brought my RT it started without the accessories (could be an option), only part i'm waiting for is top rear back rest top cushion, i have a modified one i use from my M109R at the moment. Suzuki NZ here is throwing in a set of drivers lights with the bike. Hopfully that helps. Cher
Hi All,
I started a fairly lengthy thread a couple of weeks ago seeking advice on whether or not a novice rider like myself should consider trading up my C50 to the 109. Still undecided. What did you guys move into the niner from?
Hello,
I just picked up a 109RT 3 weeks ago and have been nothing but impressed. Amazingly comfortable and FAST ride.
As I'm sure has been said in this forum already, the only disappointment is that Suzuki does not have any accessories available and neither Cobra or Kuryakyn have anything made yet.
It's a good thing it comes almost completely dressed. All I need are the luggage rack, chrome rad cover and the light bar they are supposed to come with in Canada.
1100 Shadow Spirit was my last one before the 109
