Do you have a regular doctor that's been treating you? If so tell him/her what you're going through and about your finances. He/she will either help you and bill it later, or more likely get you in touch with the people who can help you. I'm sure there is some type of group or counselors that do this and doctors usually know who they are and how to reach them.

Just be careful if you do find a group and they offers meds. Sometimes they just want the quickest fix without considering long term effects. Often they would rather you become a over-medicated zombie than someone scared and nervous all the time.

I really wish I could help you more. I might also suggest that (regardless of your religion/lack of) you find a minister/priest. They go to school for counseling as well and sometimes they can really help you (if you find one who isn't going to go the, "seek guidance through our Savior" path). Of course if they do you can just leave. Anyway, it might be better than having nobody.
