what programs or languages (java? html?) do i need to know to create a game with

graphics that are similar to? runescape classic or runescape 2???

i am in 8th grade, 14 years old, and PLEASE DO NOT tell me that my age or grade matters because it doesn't. look at the owner of runescape andrew gower, he made runescape at a fairly early age, and so can I or anyone else. i want it to be a fairly easy and simple game to make.

in other words something that i could put onto a website like addicting games, or something.

Since Runescape uses java, you could use that.
There are good beginner sites for java. You'll need to learn 3D coding and networking additionally.

There is also flash, its perhaps easier to use, but you'll need Adobe flash.
It can create 2d or 3d too.

There is other web application method to produce games, not using java or flash. Virtools is one of them. It costs a lot though.
