I ate 1327 calories today and I feel huge I was feeling so weak and tired that I didn't exercise at all, which makes me feel worse. How do I fight the urge? It's really strong...
ALSO, I KNOW that is a normal amount of calories, but I'm really struggling with my eating disorder right now. I got the calories down on purpose to feed my body but I want to KEEP them down, which is why I'm asking for tips on how to fight the urge.
