Okay my phone freaked out and it is stuck in reboot mode, and im going to try to fix it before i have to go to verizon because its only a year old. i had a old blackberry and the same thing happened, so i am determined. haha. okay well what i need is the file of the OS (any of them) for the Tour. I tried blackberry & verizon, but what they want me to do is run something & pllug the phone so they can find it for me, but the phone isnt showing up on the computer, and i need to manually go in and put the file on my blackberry. does anybody have a direct link to download the file? if you get what im saying haha.
