Help, phone stuck in programing menu SLVR

Hey guys my phone is stuck in some sort of wierd menu that I've never seen.I've been trying to flash my v3m and get it activated but somehow it didn't work and I tried to go back to my original SLVR and all I get is this

I think it's press clear and the left soft key at the same time.

Hey thanks so much for your help. if it wasn't those buttons it's something close. Now I just need to figure out why my v3m with alltel won't activate after it was flashed but I am back up in the meantime. Any clue why it goes into that every time I turn it on?

You've placed your hanRABet into Debug mode. Press ##33284 after you've pressed CLR+Left Softkey. (Doing a search of the forum would have allowed you to find the results to your problem with this alot quicker, As i've made a thread regarding it before.)

Mark, thanks so much for your help. Sorry for being such a newb. I didn't know what mode it was in so I didn't know what to search for. I really appriciate all your guys help.
