Just curious....Hypothetical situation:
John Smith successfully wins a 2-million dollar verdict against his employer after an accident. The jury was unanimous in its verdict. After the trial, if John runs into any jurors on the street, is he free to completely discuss the case with them...(assuming that the juror would want to talk)? He could ask questions about why they reached the verdict and the factors involved, and he could even thank them for the verdict without any negative repercussions?
