I`m currently in Europe, live in Canada. I had been meaning to pay my Koodo bill online but it won`t accept my credit card for some reason, even though it`s perfectly functional and the card info matches the one on the cell phone account. I have contacted the company by e-mail and apparently all I can do is call the costumer service in Canada. Now last time I did a similar thing (a different problem with a different company) it cost me 27 euro, so I figured it wouldnt be worth it, especially when I know I will be on hold for a long time several times. So thats why I`m not paying on time.
I`ll pay my bill on the 6th, two days after its due. My question is, will I still be able to receive phonecalls on the 5th and 6th? I dont know how these things work.
