...S&H charges? I'm a seller on ebay, I offer internationally, get a sale maybe once or twice a month that are international, usually just going to Canada. I'm usually pretty precise on the actual weight of the item, sometime it may be a little off. It's rarely off by a large amount though. I charge a handling fee for international sales only. Why? Because with international sales I have to physically take the item to the post office and hand it to an employee even if I buy the postage online. Now I have dropped some in the blue mail boxes before on accident and they have gone to where they're supposed to but I'd rather not take the risk. The customer knows before they even pay for the item what the cost is going to be. It seems that lately though once they get the item and see how much I paid for the postage, they get pissy at me and want some of their money back. What is the best way for me to deal with these people?
