Well I know HTML and now I'm confused whether should I learn either PHP or CSS ? I don't know what each language will do for me. As far as I know is that PHP is used for "development of webpages" and CSS for "Styling of webpages" but I'm not clear about those points. Does "styling of webpages" means you can put flash content like videos etc ? And what it meant by "development of webpages" ? Please give a detailed answer concluding what should I learn first as a newbie ? Thanks.
