My samsung fridge is not cooling, everything in the freezer has melted.
Has anyone had this experience with Samsung fridge ? Called Samsung service , it is already 3 days,they have not called me back to make a appointment to come out to look at it. Is this NORMAL service ? Why does a fridge fail after 11 months ? Will it fail again after they fix it ?
