Cultural acceptance of certain habits and practices brought on various diseases in Europe for which immunity or tolerance developed within the people. These same practices / diseases occured in other regions of the world and therefore when we of European origin approached the other regions we came baring the gift of what amounted to a bioweapon. The next one we bring will be deliberate rather than accidental. Cheney has already admitted we have racially specific weapons, and I beleive they will be used, if they are not already being used to some degree.
