This has been pissing me off for over a month now every time i go to watch something on Hulu.
I have an Intel Dual Core Processor, Intel HD Graphics with 4GB of ram, My internet download speed is 15 MB/ps and upload speed is 5MB/ps. I used chrome and Internet Explorer and both lag at 480p full screen and not full screen
