i am currently a junior in high school and am about to start my 3rd year on my schools varsity track team. My best event is triple jump (36'2") but i also sprint and do hurdles too. for the past 2 years i have been triple jumping in my sprinting spikes. is the fact that they dont have a heal stopping me from jumping farther? should i buy some triple jumping spikes? would they help me? or should i just stick with using my sprint spikes?
