Zelda Question

I'm trying to get the Goron on the West bridge of Castle town some hot springs water but everytime I get back to him it is cooled. What am I doing wrong?

It's a nice guide but I don't see the sidequest I'm doing in there. I'm trying to get the last armor and this is saying just to pay the 2000 rupees. I thought if I do this quest it becomes 200 rupees instead.

nevermind. i guess i did have to repair the bridge. i was trying to capture spring water in one of my bottles.
