What does AT&T have to compare to LG enV VX9900?

    Hi all,

I went out and got my iPhone, now I need to move the wife over to AT&T. We are both Mac users and I'm a big Apple fan. So, while I'd like to get her an iPhone I am trying to be smart and see what else is out there.

She currently uses an LG enV VX9900 on Verizon. She likes it. She needs a full keyboard and decent calendar app. We are texting more these days but not like teenagers or anything.

She also needs ability to sync with our Mac--contacts, calendar, and pictures. She would love to have pictures downloaded from the Mac at home and view on her phone. Also the ability to get pics off of her phone, which she never could do in the past.

She talks on the phone alot during the day. She will use web & email if it is there in order to look up something, find a store, research a price, etc.

She has a 4gb iPod mini which she uses in the car. If the new phone can replace the iPod I will ebay it for a few bucks.

    So the requirements are:
    1. No Windows. Please, as I said, I'm a Mac user. No WM.
    2. Decent keyboard, preferrable full QWERTY.
    3. Decent calendar app.
    4. Syncing with a Mac
    5. Music player.

In my mind I'm thinking iPhone. To me it is worth the extra money to know it is going to work seamlessly with our Macs and that she will be able to pick it up and be productive.

Nokia E90, or earlier versions, AT&T did have the older 9300 listed in the refurbished section but it is gone.

    Nokia e62/e61/e61i

AT&T has the E62 available through them...if you use data it'll be expensive for it though.

beats the bleep out of $500 for an iPhone.

Too bad they're not still carrying the LG F9200, but that could only sync through Bluetooth (vCard/vCal) manually anyway.
