I'm 18, I was running on a trail yesterday during track (keep in mind this is pretty much an off-roading trail) and I came down awkward on my right foot one time, causing a sharp pain in my back to occur. (lower right). I fell down because of the pain, tried to stretch it out but that didn't work, so I had to run back to school in a pretty good amount of pain. I didn't go to school today because it hurts to really bend my back at all. It's a little better after a full day of rest, heat, and ibuprofen, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks
