FULL QUESTION
A helicopter travels south at 123km/s but the pilot observes that they have covered 70km in 50mins in a southwesterly direction. What is the wind speed (in km/h)? What is the direction of the wind (in degrees, CCW from east)?
I first treated this as a vector problem and made 123km/h vector A and 70km/.83h=84km/h vector C and used A+(-B)=C and got 39km/h. Im not sure that is right, but I have no idea how to find the degree
