I have cross country and whenenver I join cross country I end up gaining weight and retaining so much water I get a bigger stomach when i go to sleep i only burn less than a pound like .4 pounds. Today after a race I ate 5 pounds of food 0_0 so i weigh my heaviest of 140 pounds 0_0 and its not all water weight. I don't want to gain any more weight and have any more problems running -_- and get any more fat stored.
