hello, first of all i am a guy, usin my sister's account, anyways i am 19 years old and since a couple of weeks ago i am eating fish every monday-saturday for lunch, but i only eat very small portions, for example one can of salmon will last me one whole week, for lunch i am eating, eggs, vegstables, peas, bananas, and the serving of fish, i am alternating beetween salmon and mackarell, i was gonn add canned tuna into the mix but i heard they have lots of mercury, like i said, one can of salmon lasts me one week and 2 cans of mackarel ussually last me 1 week. Is it safe?
