About twice now, a month or so apart I have had a sharp, shooting pain in my left calf. It feels like a muscle cramp and lasts for about 20-30 sec. It hurts so bad that I actually have to scream. Afterward it is very sore and hurts to walk on. To stop the pain there really is nothing but ride it out. I tried to message it but that almost made it worse and I tried pointing my foot a different way which also made it worse. I'm just concerned about this and just want to know if it is just a lack of potassium or something that I NEED to see a doctor. Any input is appreciated
