    Weirdly worded scholarship prompt...?

Ok, so I'm working on this scholarship for First Command Educational Foundation and one of the essay prompts confuses me."Why does Financial Education matter to my community?"Can anyone specify that? Does it mean financial aid, or education about financial fields??

It means education about taking care of your finances. Such as understanding how credit cards, checks, et cetera *work* so you don't end up drowning in debt and unable to pay because you let yourself get behind on payments.
