Optimum Online advertised it to be 15Mbps download and 2Mbps upload speeds. But I always get about 3Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. I did tested it with ethernet cable and overpass my wireless router. My neighborhood is in Brooklyn, New York. What is your speed test results?

Downloadspeed:1.779Mbps
Uploadspeed:0.829Mbps
I performed my internet speed test here Scanmyspeed.com.
Is this good or not?
